Dr. Joshua C. Hall is an Asst. Professor at Department of Economics & Management, Beloit College, USA. He is a close collaborator of Professor James Gwartney and Robert Lawson, the principal authors of the Economic Freedom of the World Annual Reports.

is the Editor of Unmondelibre.org, the French language website of the Cato Institute.
