Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. is, in terms of managed assets, the largest investment fund company in Poland and one of the most recognizable brands in the investment industry. The only shareholder of Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A. is Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. Directly dominant entity in relation to Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. is Pioneer Global Asset Management S.p.A. with its registered office in Milan (51%), the second shareholder is Bank Pekao S.A. (49%).

Pioneer Global Asset Management Group has over 80 years of experience in  fund management. The Group’s most representative fund is Pioneer Fund – third oldest fund of this type in the US.
